With a focus on business retention and expansion, Advance offers business assistance and consulting. The Advance Business Retention Committee helps area businesses troubleshoot municipal service problems, issues with labor, recruiting, retention, and other area business concerns. Recently, Advance focused attention on the paper industry to continue its much-needed strength in our community.

The Business Assistance Center (BAC) offers new and established entrepreneurs resources through a partnership with the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Small Business Development Center and others. While the Advance Business Development Center (ABDC) (also referred to as the business incubator) gives businesses a chance to grow and succeed.
