Lead an aggressive industry recruitment strategy for Brown County, targeting small and medium-sized growth clusters with the assistance of New North, Highway 41 Corridor, Forward WI, and other appropriate entities, to increase the diversity of our industry mix

1. Enhance Advance ROI communication and stakeholder recognition

2. Seek additional private sector stakeholders to increase yearly contributions by $30,000, from $130,000 to $160,000

3. Renew three-year pledge with private stakeholders

4. Increase municipal sector support by 10 percent, from $34,000 to $84,000

5. Secure financial support with other partners in the Highway 41 International Coalition for a break-even budget, and add fifth community partner

6. Reduce Incubator dependency on Chamber cash reserves by 10% by August 31, 2008 from $72,102 to $50,000
